RETURNS
Because these product are handmade, filled and labeled, they are therefore imperfect. You may come across an air bubble or two, a label may be a little off-center and batches will vary. Please consider this before placing your order as we do not accept returns on products that have been used.
If you should experience a problem or defect with a product you purchased, please contact us within 30 days at returns@lastics.com for return approvals. We will gladly replace the item. Returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. When shipping products back to Lastics, please include a copy of your receipt or packing slip with the reason for return and RA number written on it clearly. RA numbers must also be displayed on the outside of the envelope/box.
For our protection, we respectfully reserve the right to refuse returns that do not have an RA#. They will be returned to sender. Returns must be postmarked within the 30-day return period and returned in their original packaging/condition. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in the return process.

Once we receive your return we will notify you and issue a credit, less shipping, as long as the conditions of our Return Policy have been met.
REFUNDS
When refunds are processed, a credit will automatically be returned to the original method of payment, within 2 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is posted. If you need additional help and have further questions, please contact us at returns@lastics.com.
